Fintech Recruits: meet the LUXHUB team
The 3rd edition of Fintech Recruits, organized by The LHoFT, will take place on November 22nd, at the Digital Learning Hub, in Esch-sur-Alzette. This year again, LUXHUB is taking part in the Fintech conference/job fair, with the participation of Geoffroy Gailly (Chief Operating Officer) and Marco Gasparini (Chief Governance Officer). The organizers will welcome Gilles Roth, Minister of Finance, and Georges Mischo (Minister of Labour) who will both take the stage to deliver speeches centered around Fintech innovation.
From 10am to 6pm, the LUXHUB team will exchange with job seekers wanting to evolve in the passionate Open Finance world, and discuss about transformation of the financial services, with a special focus on compliance topics such as Instant Payments, VoP, CESOP and more. Full Stack Developer
Main responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing software and API solutions according to specifications/user stories, while ensuring security, (re-)usability and reliability
- Formalizing and keeping up-to-date code documentation related to our developments in order to ensure maintainability and ability to evolve over time
- Maintaining and evolving the various solutions (development, parameterization, testing, defect management, release management)
- Optionally taking the role of Scrum Master during sprints
- Providing third level support for production issues and bug resolutions
- Sharing knowledge with fellow developers on IT/development/API/software development/architecture matters
- Collaborating with other IT teams (Quality Assurance, DevOps, Client Ops…) to achieve high quality deliverables
- Assisting the Product Development team with the preparation of user stories in line with the target product goal and objectives
- Assisting Architects with the definition of a robust architecture for our software
- Participating actively in the company projects (internal or clients)
IT Operations Manager
The role is all about:
- Running the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
- Building software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
- Improving reliability, quality and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
- Measuring and optimizing system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement
- Providing primary operational support and engineering for multiple software applications
Marketing Intern
We’re always looking for motivated and dynamic youngsters willing to enter the world of Fintech, and share their new ideas and creativity. The role revolves around the following tasks:
- Implementation of the overall marketing strategy
- Organization of/participation in events and fairs
- Improve the digital presence and digital processes of the company
- Creation of specialized digital and print content (press releases, blog posts, interviews, product documentation, etc.)
- Creation of visual materials
- Creation of internal and external newsletters
- Organization of internal events (workshops, afterworks, etc.)
