The team is taking part in the second edition of Fintech Recruits!, the recruitment conference organized by the LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technology) and Digital Learning Hub, which takes place this Friday, on October 27th. The event enables young professionals to step into the future of finance and notably learn about/find jobs and careers opportunities in Fintech and Corporate Entrepreneurship.
From 9am to 4pm, Marco Gasparini (Chief Governance Officer) and Valérie Saby (HR & Finance) will be at the LUXHUB booth, looking for motivated and dynamic candidates, willing to integrate an Open Finance pioneer and proven Fintech in Luxembourg. Site Reliability Engineer
This role is about:
- Running the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
- Building software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
- Improving reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
- Measuring and optimizing system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement
- Providing primary operational support and engineering for multiple software applications

(Senior) Legal Counsel, with a business mindset
Key responsibilities will include to work on the following tasks together with our Head of Legal & Compliance:
- Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and SLAs to be entered into with clients, providers, partners,
- Assist product team in the development of (un)regulated products,
- Follow-up on legal / regulatory changes affecting the company, in order to anticipate / manage legal risks and compliance, and identify business opportunities,
- Act as point of contact for legal and compliance matters within the company as well as with the supervisory authority and clients,
- Contribute to the different compliance tasks (including AML/KYC and data protection assessments).

Fintech Consultant
Key responsibilities will include to work on the following tasks together with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams as well as with the management:
- Contribute to the definition of the company’s business strategy
- Identify potential business opportunities, perform market watch and support financial technology expertise within the company
- Identify potential partners and build relationship with the selected partners
- Contribute to the production of business content
- Participate to the identification of the prospects for LUXHUB products, present such products to prospective clients and convert into a long-term customer relationship

Data Product Manager
Main responsibilities include:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential data-related opportunities within the financial industry
- Engage with clients to understand their data-related needs and pain points. Translate insights into product concepts
- Define and prioritize product features based on market research and client feedback
- Lead the end-to-end development of data products from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Stay current with emerging data technologies, machine learning, and AI trends
